A 625,000 SF addition to the Riley Hospital for Children. The addition will include all functions normally found in a renowned state-of-the-art children’s hospital. The addition consists of a basement and seven levels above grade which match the existing floor elevations. The project includes a three story supply/utility services building which will serve the new addition with expansion capability to serve the existing hospital. All essential mechanical and electrical systems are located in either the service building or penthouses so that the systems are not vulnerable to the flooding that can occur in the area.
