Responsible Engineer

The responsible PE is the lead engineer that directly supervises the discipline’s engineering team members and is responsible for managing the discipline specific engineering tasks for the assigned project.  The responsible PE is responsible for the overall design and direction of the discipline and regularly reviewed the discipline’s design team work.  The responsible PE periodically provides specific coordination issues between the discipline design team members, the project manager, and the architect/client.

Mechanical Engineer

Candidate will work in a collaborative engineer team environment designing mechanical systems for governmental, educational, healthcare and industrial facilities. Design will include HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and medical systems.  The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for working under the direction of the responsible PE.  The engineer shall gather all necessary support data, field data, design criteria, constructability, calculations, code review, and prepare documents for the assigned task.  The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for a complete and thorough design and will review their completed work for compliance with applicable criteria.
