BCCLT, Inc. served as the engineer of record for the expansion and addition to the Ascena Warehouse/Packaging facility. The design included MEP infrastructure in support of the 10,400 sq.ft. Data Center expansion, a critical component in the Corporation’s operation.
Data Center includes a raised floor system; emergency power distribution with generators and UPS; Clean agent fire protection system design. The 120,000 sq.ft. renovation, expansion/addition included upgrade of existing offices and support areas plus a new open office design served by HVAC roof top equipment with exposed ductwork systems providing an industrial design feel. Complete office power, lighting and communication/IT design.
