Inspira Innovation Center

The Inspira Innovation Center is located in the South Jersey Technology Park on the Rowan University Campus. As the engineering professional, BCCLT designed the mechanical and electrical systems that support this focused learning facility. Simulation Patient areas are used for teaching in a true patient/healthcare setting. Office, conference and meeting area facilitate student, staff and instructor collaboration. Simulation Room design includes patent room electrical devices and lighting systems with low-voltage control of patient lighting. In-room features of the patient room simulate a true healthcare facility with plumbing fixtures and private bath. An IT Closet serving the Center was added and is served by a dedicated stand-alone HVAC system. BCCLT was responsible for design and specification of all MEP systems for the Inspira Innovation Center.
