Replacement of two (2) 150 BHP Steam Boilers and associated Deaerator, Combustion Air Louver with integral Steam Preheat Coil, and Steam Powered Condensate Transfer Unit.
Also included were new boiler stacks, two (2) coiled overhead doors, man door replacements, building exterior and interior lighting upgrade and roof repairs.
