BCCLT, Inc is currently providing MEP and Civil Engineering services as part of the A/E team for the renovation of the existing Physical Activities Center on the University of Southern Indiana Campus.
Project involves renovation of approximately 80,000 square feet of athletic and academic spaces, with addition of 30,000 square feet of new facilities.
The project includes an upgrade and expansion of the sports performance arena, restrooms, locker rooms, kinesiology classroom and lab spaces, offices and athletic support facilities. All MEP systems will be upgraded and will include extension of central plant utilities to serve the expanded facility.
